Loadpoint supply complete machining solutions. For our dicing machines this constitutes a package including dicing and cleaning machines with all consumables such as blades, tape rings, film frames, tape, shippers and a comprehensive service and support programme.
Our support programme includes:
- Immediate telephone technical assistance.
- On customer site technical assistance (within UK/Europe) usually next day, but we aim for no greater than 48 hours.
- Next day shipment for nearly all major spares and electronic boards and 1-2 weeks despatch for high cost replacement items.
- Service contracts are available to provide annual 'health checks' undertaken by our highly experienced engineers to ensure reliable productivity.
We believe no other dicing machine supplier can offer such rapid support.
Because we design and build all of our dicing machines "in house" our engineers provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge and know-how.
