# FP330 Multi-Stage Filtration water recycling system

 

The FP330 Multi-stage Filtration Water Recycling System is designed to provide high-performance coolant circulation and filtration for Loadpoint dicing machines. The system incorporates a closed-loop water recirculation process with integrated chilling capability, helping maintain stable cutting conditions, improve blade performance, and reduce water consumption.

Coolant water passes through a 3-stage filtration system including pre-filters, ultrafiltration filters, and resin filter cartridges before entering the heat exchanger. The system can operate together with the dicing machine or independently in bypass mode, and includes automatic low-level protection for safe and reliable operation.
